Cubicon cannot ensure or assume liability for compliance with Data Protection Laws by external entities operating outside the Service, except where legally required.

6. Duration of Personal Data Processing   

Cubicon retains and processes your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with local legal requirements. Your personal data will be stored as long as your User account is active and will be automatically deleted 1 year after your last login. Following this period, your data may be anonymized for statistical purposes.

We will delete personal data associated with your User account after 1 year of inactivity, or sooner if your Agreement with us has ended and you have requested the permanent deletion of your account. Deleted data will be removed from Cubicon servers, backups, and all third-party systems outlined in the "Sharing Your Information" section of this Privacy Policy.

However, even if you request the deletion of your personal data, Cubicon may be legally obligated to retain some data to meet compliance requirements, such as maintaining accounting records. In such cases, data will be processed only for the duration required by applicable laws.

If we process your personal data based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Once you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing your data for that purpose.

If you object to specific data processing activities, such as receiving direct marketing materials, we will stop processing your personal data for those purposes immediately upon your objection (e.g., by unsubscribing from our emails).
